Members in good standing are invited to attend the 2026 FHGCC Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format – you are welcome to attend in person at the Fort Henry Great Hall, or you can take part online via Zoom.

1. The Board of Directors is pleased to present the following slate of Club Members for election to the board at the AGM on September 1, 2026.
The following Directors have agreed to stand for re-election to a two-year term:

The following Directors are beginning the second year of their term, having been elected at the 2024 AGM (August 27, 2024) or subsequently appointed:

FHG 2283 Michael McKitrick (Vice President)

Past President Michelle Foxton, FHG 1670 (appointed November 24, 2022), has also served as a voting member of the Board since the last AGM.
The Club is therefore seeking nominees at this AGM for the following positions:
a) Four (4) Directors to serve for a two-year term.
