The Fort Henry Guard Club of Canada’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm.

Once again, this year’s AGM will take place via Zoom.  Any member in good standing who wishes to attend can register for the meeting by completing this online form.  We’ll then send you the Zoom link and reports in advance of the meeting.  As a reminder, you can find a copy of the board nominations list here.

Please sign up by August 24 so the meeting materials can be sent to you in a timely fashion.

We look forward to seeing our members and sharing news about the Club’s activities in a couple of weeks.

This year’s Fort Henry Guard Club Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 25th at 4:00 pm.  For the first time, the AGM will be held virtually.

Join us on Tuesday, August 27 for two important events.

The Guard Club’s Annual General Meeting will begin at 5:00 pm.  All present and former Fort Henry Guard Club members are welcome to attend.  If you wish to submit an item for discussion, please contact Michelle Foxton, FHGCC President, at president.fhgcc@gmail.com.

The AGM will be followed by the annual Awards Night at 7:00 pm.  A number of awards will be presented to current members of the Guard and Fort Henry staff.

Both events will take place at the Discovery Centre at Fort Henry.  We hope to see many of you there.
